There was some football carnage taking place at U.S. Bank Field in Minnesota on Saturday where the hometown Vikings were getting steamrolled by the Indianapolis Colts in the first half.
Things were not going any more smoothly at halftime for what appeared to be a football game between a bunch of mascots and some youth football players.
While going to commercial on the NFL Network broadcast, we were shown this brief clip of Blooper, the mascot for the Atlanta Braves, absolutely trucking a kid who was trying to make a tackle.

The wildest thing about this: This is not the first time Blooper has run over some kid this year. He also delivered this monster stiff-arm to a youth player in Atlanta during a Falcons preseason game.

That settles it: Blooper is the Derrick Henry of pro sports mascots. Stay out of his way when he has the ball.
