Penguins Postgame: HUGE Win, Does Bunting Make Pens Better than Guentzel?

The Pittsburgh Penguins led 4-1 as “Geno” chants echoed through PPG Paints Arena. By the middle of the third period, the Penguins and Tampa Bay Lightning were tied 4-4.

Penguins’ winger Michael Bunting let out a monstrous holler when he scored the game-winner at 14:32, and the Penguins held on for a 5-4 win.

The win put the Penguins in the second wild-card spot.

The Penguins started hot and controlled Tampa Bay for most of the first 40 minutes before chaos beset the game. Pittsburgh Hockey Now’s Dan Kingerski broke down the nuts and bolts–what the Penguins did tactically to bottle up Tampa Bay and how they dominated the game.

The game analysis and playoff picture is the first eight minutes, then Dan dove into the reader questions. Some were interesting.
