AEW Full Gear results: Ricky Starks & Big Bill retain Tag Team Titles in a wild ladder match

AEW Tag Team Champions Ricky Starks & Big Bill vs. FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) vs. House of Black (Malakai Black & Brody King) vs. LFI (Rush & Dralistico) in a Ladder Match took place at the AEW Full Gear 2023 pay-per-view event from Los Angeles, Clianfora at the Kia Forum.

Everyone started brawling to start things off. Dralistico hit an outside dive to take out everyone. Black with a moonsault off the top rope for one of his own. Harwood suplexed Starks off the top rope to take out everyone. Black used the ladder as a weapon to take out several wrestlers. Black with a piledriver to Cash. Black went for a dive, but Big Bill hit him with a ladder. Harwood with a canadian destroyer before Starks took him out. King was bleeding. He hit a back body drop to Harwood on the ladder before hitting a cannon ball to Harwood on the ladder. King was knocked off a ladder onto another ladder. Dralistico with a spring board code breaker to Bill before bill caught him with a chokeslam. Rush took out Big Bill with a ladder. Everyone brawled on ladders. Dralistico with a poison rana to Black, but Black ended up hitting him with piledriver on the apron onto a ladder. Wheeler with a dive off the top rope to King, who was laying on a ladder. Starks smashed Harwood in the head with the titles before getting the titles.

Winner: AEW Tag Team Champions Ricky Starks & Big Bill
